You will practice in a small group to make gradual progress through several fun simple exercises!

The freediving experience that we offer is largely structured around discovering yourself in the water and testing your feelings as you move along a guide wire.

Through these freediving sessions, DUNE Mexico allows you to discover the basic rules and rudiments of ventilation and compensation.

The principle behind this experience is to give you a better understanding of your playing field so that you can explore it more easily and to optimise your diving proficiency under the best possible conditions.

Getting to know your body and learning how to push your limits in this discipline is a completely different way of discovering the marine world.

Our event programme features vertical workshops, as well as explorations of massifs and certain shipwrecks in the area… this will allow you to put the basics of freediving into practice in a fun way for maximum enjoyment.
